Able to handle liquid or freeze-dried product in vials, ampoules and cartridges with diameters from 8mm up to 32mm, the SA12 can accurately inspect up to 200 pcs/minute and runs on standard single-phase 230V power for ease of installation.

Able to handle volumes from as little as 1ml through to 30ml, in standard configuration it will inspect for contamination by particles, fibres and glass fragments as well as correct fill level. The CMP SA12J has been designed specifically to bring high accuracy and high speed to visual inspection of a range of a range of diameters of pre-filled syringe.

Requiring only standard single phase power at 230V and 6 bar air line, the SA12J is easy to install and configure, and yet offers an impressive 200 pcs/min throughput for maximum efficiency, handling all diameters up to 14.45 mm.

In standard configuration the CMP SA12J inspects for contaminating particles, fibres, and glass; assesses correct filling level; checks for flange defects before the main turret; stopper control and cap inspection.

Optional elements can enable product colour assessment, flange defects after the main turret and leak detection, meaning you can tailor the SA12J to your exact requirements.

The Accura checkweigher for capsules from ACGE use an Elector-Magnetic Force Restoration load cell and the latest digital technology to ensure highly accurate capsule weighing for continuous pharmaceutical production.  Capsules in any state:  empty, filled, or partially filled, can be weigh-checked at a rate ranging from 40,000 to 200,000 capsules per hour depending on the Accura model used.

Weight accuracies of +/- 2mg are achieved with the standard units for capsule weights from 20-150mg.  An optional enhancement is available to improve accuracy to +/- .2mg when it is required.  Output data is recorded digitally and can be reported to a plant QA system via USB, Ethernet, or paper printouts.
