The FC-M FLO-COATER® by Freund is a multipurpose fluid bed system designed for both pilot and production-scale granulation. The system offers flexible configurations with capacities ranging from 20L to 1900L, making it suitable for various production volumes. It utilizes top spray granulation and bottom spray for both solution and powder coatings. The patented Wurster Accelerator System significantly reduces process times, while the GRANUREX® rotor technology enhances solution/suspension coating, spherical granulation, and polymer/powder layering. Additionally, the system includes EcoClean™ technology, which features high-pressure, low-volume cleaning systems and removable cartridge filters with single-point cleaning connections. Optional inline PAT monitoring provides real-time moisture and drying analysis to ensure optimal processing conditions.
