Weighbridge for truck weighing in tight spaces

In industrial settings where space is limited, accurately weighing large vehicles like trucks is a common challenge. Ensuring precise weight calculation is crucial, especially for loading facilities under silos or congested industrial zones that cannot accommodate bulky weighing systems.

Accurately measure truck weight without large installations

The WSN-A1 weighing track from Schenck Process is designed for use in very confined spaces, standing out due to its extremely low height of just 20 cm. This feature makes it suitable for installation in existing loading facilities, such as under silos. The weighing track comprises 4-meter-long prefabricated concrete platforms with integrated 90 cm wide load cells. Designed with a modular concept, the length can be customized as needed. The track enables unilateral or bilateral, non-legal-for-trade weighing of trucks, aiding in preloading calculations and preventing overloading. A single track suffices for rough weight calculation, while adding a second on-site concrete track enhances accuracy. This system is ideal for space-efficient truck weighing in transportation and logistics operations.
