The Static Steristeam by Steriflow SAS is a specialized air steam sterilizer designed for the agri-food industry. It employs direct-steam-injection and cascading water cooling to achieve uniform and efficient sterilization. Filled retort baskets are locked in place using a hydraulic cylinder. The pre-heating temperature and heating phase can be precisely controlled. A powerful pump and high flow cascading water system ensure all products in the autoclave are treated the same, reducing cycle times and improving operational performance. Available in standard sizes from 1300 mm to 2000 mm diameter, the Steristeam can be adapted to meet specific requirements. The process is managed by Steriflow’s MPI Expert Control System, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
