The Spindle Mill HKM by Hamburg Dresdner Maschinenfabriken GmbH is designed for the fine and super fine grinding of preground cocoa liquor, tahina, nut paste, and similar products. The equipment operates continuously, allowing for flexible throughput up to 2000 kg/h. It utilizes pressure, friction, and shear forces for efficient grinding. An agitator shaft with wear-resistant disks ensures intensive grinding, while a rotating screen separates the ground product from the grinding balls. The grinding pot, made from wear-resistant stainless steel, comes with automatic preheating and temperature control features. A PLC-controlled terminal manages automatic operations and provides real-time operational status and fault indications. This state-of-the-art design offers a reversible grinding pot for prolonged use and meets CE conformity.
