The Tetra Pak® Evaporator Falling Film TVR is a fully automatic and continuous evaporation system designed specifically for the dairy industry. It features a multi-effect evaporator design that significantly reduces steam use. The system includes cyclone-type separators that ensure high-quality condensate and reduce the risk of bacterial growth, allowing for 20-hour production runs without mesophilic and thermophilic spore development. This minimizes product losses and optimizes floor space usage thanks to the compact arrangement of the evaporator components. The system can be customized for a wide range of product compositions and capacities, supporting evaporation rates from 100 to 50,000 kilograms per hour. Additional optional features include high heat systems for temperatures between 100°-125°C, additional evaporator systems for continuous spray dryer feeding, and sanitation-in-place systems for effective hot water treatment.
