The Ampoule Washing, Filling, and Sealing Line by Shinva is comprised of the AQCL series vertical ultrasonic washer, the ASMR tunnel hot air sterilization oven, and the AGF series vertical filling and sealing machine. This system is designed for the production of ampoule injections ranging from 1-20ml. It integrates washing, drying, sterilizing, and filling into a seamless operation that can function independently or as a linked compact line completing over 20 procedures, including ultrasonic washing, bottle clamping, preheating, air blowing, filling, and sealing. The versatility of the system allows it to be used for both ampoule injections and antibiotic bottle injections. It is particularly suitable for small volume injection production in pharmaceutical factories.
