The Acai Berry Processing Line by Tropical Food Machinery is designed to optimize the traditional method of acai berry processing, aiming to increase productivity while reducing labor costs. The line facilitates the production of juice filled at low temperatures, ensuring it is ready for freezing and meets the highest quality standards. It can process between 3,000 Kg/h and 10,000 Kg/h of fresh fruit. Key components include fruit pre-treatment with a washing machine, sorting belt, and defrosting tunnel, along with juice extraction using specialized TFM extractors, preheaters, and turbo refiners. Optional decanters and pasteurization plants with tanks for collection and deaeration, as well as homogenizers and pasteurizers, are also available. The line can handle filling for frozen products using TFM Aseptic Fillers for 220 l drums, 1000 l bins, or goodpaks.
