Peach, plum, and apricot juice processing line

When processing stone fruits like peaches, plums, and apricots into various juice products, achieving high yield while preserving the fruit’s natural qualities is crucial. Challenges like maintaining aroma and preventing oxygen incorporation during extraction need sophisticated technology.

Efficient juice extraction with high yield

The temperate climate multifruit extraction line from Tropical Food Machinery is designed for processing stone fruits such as peaches, plums, and apricots. This system can produce pulp, refined, clarified, or concentrated juices. It employs a cold extraction process in an inert atmosphere to maintain the fruit’s natural qualities and aroma. The full pre-treatment includes washing, brushing, and sorting the fruits. The combination of the Destoner, Preheater EBE, and Turbo Refiner HERA ensures complete separation of skins and residual stones. This results in top-quality juice with very high yield and minimal oxygen incorporation. Further processing, such as concentration, is completed using the Evaporator ZEUS, while a sterilization and aseptic filling plant ensures the final product meets international standards. Capacities range from 2,000 Kg/h to 15,000 Kg/h of fresh fruit, with equipment sizes adjustable based on the required work capacity.
