Its comprehensive process includes washing, destoning, preheating, and refining, all performed in a cold inert atmosphere to preserve fruit aromas and qualities. The line can handle between 2,000 Kg/h to 15,000 Kg/h of fresh fruit, integrating seamlessly into existing production lines with continuous, high-speed operations. Equipped with the Evaporator ZEUS for concentration, the line also features the Turbo Refiner HERA for fine pulping and a Sterilization Plant TCMA for product safety, followed by aseptic filling using TFM Aseptic Fillers. This equipment is built with robust stainless steel for durability and hygiene, and supports compliance with international food safety standards. The line is PLC-controlled for automated operation, allowing for customizable processing sequences and integration with remote monitoring systems to optimize efficiency and minimize energy consumption.
