The Multifruit Processing Line by Tropical Food Machinery is designed to handle various fruits, including thick-skinned fruits like pineapple and citrus, stone fruits such as mango and peaches, and seeded fruits like passion fruit and apples. It integrates different extraction machines to produce wholemeal pulp, natural juices, or concentrates. The system includes pre-treatment steps like washing and blanching, followed by extraction using peelers, beaters, shredders, preheaters, and refiners. Concentrated juice production is facilitated by the Evaporator ZEUS. The final stages encompass sterilization and filling in an aseptic environment. With capacities ranging from 2,000 Kg/h to 15,000 Kg/h, the line meets international production standards, making it suitable for global export.
