The multi-fruit extraction line by Tropical Food Machinery is designed to produce wholemeal pulp, natural juices, or concentrates from stone fruits like mangoes and seeded fruits such as guavas and passion fruits. This line ensures comprehensive pre-treatment—washing, brushing, sorting, and blanching—followed by the combined action of the Extractor with Beaters ARTEMIDE, the Preheater EBE, and the Turbo Refiner HERA. These processes guarantee complete separation of skins, stones, and residual seeds, yielding top-quality juice without oxygen incorporation. Equipped with the Evaporator ZEUS, the line can further transform juice into concentrate. The final stages involve sterilization and aseptic filling to maintain product purity. This versatile line can handle capacities from 1,000 Kg/h up to 20,000 Kg/h of fresh fruit, meeting international production standards for export.
