Utilizing Thermal Vapor Recompression (TVR) technology, the Hi-Con Evaporator minimizes steam consumption while maintaining efficiency. The evaporator includes a falling film calandria optimizing surface area and tube wetting. Integrated with a vapor separator and advanced automation, it ensures high-quality condensate and reliable operation. The 316L stainless steel contact surfaces enhance durability, and automatic functions like density control, forward flow capability, and CIP cycles simplify operations.
