The laser-welded exchange surfaces enable optimal temperature control throughout all fermentation phases by using a minimal volume of coolant fluid. This controlled temperature environment expedites processes like cold pre-fermentation for red wines and must settling for white wines. The tank is available with legs, skirts, or as radiated, and features cold rolled or bright annealed interior finishes. Insulated options, including polyurethane foam injection, improve energy efficiency and reduce condensation.
