The KCS Silo Safety System by WAMGROUP is designed to safeguard silos during filling operations from tankers. The system consists of a central electronic monitoring and control panel that manages multiple silos along with a set of components. These include a power panel for each silo, a silo pipe connection, a pinch valve, a tanker coupling to the filling pipe, a maximum level indicator, a differential pressure switch or electronic pressure meter, a pressure gauge for the venting filter, a pressure relief valve, and an audible alarm. The KCS system reduces the risk of damage to the silo, venting filter, and other accessories, while minimizing the risk of dust emission into the atmosphere. It can monitor up to 32 silos simultaneously and includes features like automatic filter cleaning, internal pressure monitoring for each silo, and real-time system event tracking.
