The fryer employs an advanced electric heating method, which avoids issues related to gas emissions. The AF-589 Series is suitable for frying various products, including dumplings, shumai, spring rolls, and bao. Key specifications include dimensions of 1,650 (L) x 865 (W) x 1,660 (H) mm for model AF-589 and 2,580 (L) x 865 (W) x 1,660 (H) mm for model AF-589L. The frying area measures 1,080 x 350 mm or 2,010 x 350 mm and supports a maximum product height of 70 mm.
