The ERWEKA Dissolution HPLC On-/Offline System is a semi-automatic solution designed for USP/EP/JP compliant dissolution testing with integrated HPLC online analysis. By combining an ERWEKA DT 950 series dissolution tester with CTC sampling devices and online HPLC chromatography, up to five of eight dissolution steps can be automated. Disso.NET software controls the entire system, offering comprehensive documentation, including sampling time records, temperature, and rotation speeds within each vessel. Key components such as the PVP 820 pump ensure high-precision media transport, and the AFC 825 filter changer enables double filtration for contaminants. The system is suitable for pharmaceutical applications where reliable and reproducible results are mandatory.
