Robotic pick and place system for frozen products
In the frozen food industry, maintaining quality standards while achieving high-speed packaging can be challenging. Traditional methods often struggle with inconsistencies and downtime, leading to inefficiencies and increased operational costs.

Automate quality control, counting, and pick & place
The Argoflex-41 by Pattyn is designed to meet the specific needs of frozen product packaging. It integrates quality control with 3D and color vision technology that ensures only flawless products are selected. Non-conforming items are identified and excluded from the process. This system seamlessly adapts to various packaging types including American boxes and plastic trays. It employs delta robots for maximum efficiency, achieving speeds of up to 4500 products per hour per robot. Additionally, the system includes upstream buffering of empty boxes to maintain continuous operation and optimal flow. The optional direct bulk filling station MEC-11 allows for accurate product separation and batch processing. The unique software maximizes robot performance, minimizing interference and maximizing speed.
