The READYGo™ CIP system from A&B Process Systems is a skid-mounted clean-in-place solution designed for efficient cleaning and sanitizing of production lines across industries including food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and personal care. This system features a unique combination of hygienic centrifugal pumps, shell and tube heat exchangers, and precise instrumentation, allowing for reproducible cleaning cycles and ensuring product quality.

Its flexibility is evident with three flow rates, accommodating up to four tanks per flow, capable of integrating seamlessly into both batch and continuous operations. With user-configurable wash recipes and up to eight interlock inputs/outputs, it offers substantial automation for streamlined processes. The system’s energy efficiency is enhanced by an in-line heating mechanism and pre-insulated heat exchangers, promoting heat conservation. Fabricated from 304L stainless steel with 316L sanitary tubing, it resists corrosion, ideal for a range of liquids.
