It features digital heating control for maintaining exact frying temperatures and a gas pressure-supported lifting unit for easy handling of the baking basket. The tightly closing manual steam lid allows for larger donut volumes. The baking basket design minimizes grease carry-over, with excess fat dripping back into the pan, ensuring lower grease absorption and maintaining product quality. Depending on the configuration, each frying cycle can handle 30 to 60 pastries.
