Grain purifier for high-yield flour and semolina

In wheat, durum, and corn milling operations, achieving high-yield and quality flour or semolina requires effective separation and grading of semolina and middlings. Traditional methods often fall short due to inefficiency and maintenance complexity.

Efficiently purify and grade semolina and middlings

The Norit purifier by Bühler is designed for purifying and grading semolina and middlings, particularly in wheat, durum, and corn mills. Its high separation efficiency enables optimal product distribution, contributing to maximum yields of white flour or semolina. The purifier is available in single or double configurations, with the double configuration ensuring easy access without the need for supporting structures. It sits on a base with three legs, reducing the number of rubber springs and lowering maintenance requirements. Two vibration motors provide the necessary oscillation, ensuring the product flows evenly over the sieve area. All contact surfaces are made of stainless steel or other food-safe materials, adhering to international food safety standards. This minimizes contamination risks and ensures high sanitation levels. The purifier utilizes Bühler’s NovaPrime sieve fabric, made from polyester (PET) plastic yarn, offering high accuracy in mesh size and uniformity.
