The Checkweigher JW-C200 is designed by The Food Machinery Company Ltd. It utilizes a three-belt system to provide consistent spacing and accurate weight readings. Products are first adjusted on the infeed belt, weighed on the load belt using a torsion load cell, and then rejected on the final belt if they don’t meet specified parameters. With a belt speed up to 55m/min and a weighing range of 5-200g, the system is both fast and precise. It is suitable for bags, cartons, boxes, or sachets. Options such as air blowing for reject mechanisms and an additional printer for daily reports are available. The compact design ensures minimal footprint, and the user-friendly software simplifies setup and operation.
