The CMP SA6 has been designed specifically to bring the benefits of fully automated inspection to small batch production, in an adaptable and reliable package.
Able to handle liquid or freeze-dried products in vials, ampoules, and cartridges with diameters from 8mm up to 32mm, the CMP SA6 can accurately inspect up to 100 pcs/minute and runs on a standard single-phase 230V power for ease of installation.
In standard configuration, it will inspect for contamination by particles, fibers, and glass fragments as well as correct fill levels. Optional features include cosmetic control of the vessels, product color, printing, and leak testing.
