The batch coding system from Wipotec is designed to handle marking, verifying, and weighing on a minimal footprint. The system integrates a checkweigher, printer, and camera, allowing products to be marked with batch-specific information, verified for accuracy, and weighed, all within a compact space. The marking is verified immediately by a camera, with no need for manual teaching of the camera. Print parameters are configured centrally using the ConfigureFast interface. The weigh conveyor ensures accurate weight checks and ejects packages that do not meet specified criteria. All modules are operated through a 21″ touch panel and the unit can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines or used as a standalone unit. The system is modular, supporting future upgrades.
