The AZODOS® P DV and P DW by AZO are designed for continuous dosing of powder products. The AZODOS® P DV operates in volumetric mode, using a dosing screw with an agitator for uniform discharge. It switches between coarse and fine flow for precision metering. The AZODOS® P DW, when integrated with a weighing device, operates in gravimetric mode, metering powder in precise quantities using a platform load cell or a 3-point weighing frame. This system becomes a loss-in-weight feeder (DDW) when paired with a control system like AZO®CONT, adjusting screw speed based on weight loss to meet setpoints. This technology ensures consistency and accuracy in powder dosing for various industries.
