The PAR Penstock from WAMGROUP is designed specifically for use in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. Made primarily from a steel frame and gate, it features a neoprene sealing system, a stem, and a manual drive system with a control wheel. The penstock is available in various gate sizes up to 2m wide and 2m high, making it versatile for different applications. Its robust design includes a 6 mm thick gate and a minimum stem thickness of 30 mm, ensuring durability and reliability. The steel components are hot dip-galvanized or made from stainless steel (304 L / 316 L), providing resistance to corrosion. In cases of large gate sizes, the penstock comes equipped with a gear reduction unit and an electric actuator for enhanced control. The PAR Penstock can be installed in walls or channels, offering flexibility in installation. Suitable for various wastewater treatment scenarios, it is user-friendly and requires low maintenance.
