This system can process up to 100 strokes per minute and handles bars with a maximum length of 640 mm, width of 180 mm, and height of 170 mm. It is equipped with an integrated weigher, length measurement, and contour measurement system to ensure accuracy. Depending on the cheese consistency, an ultrasonic cutting device may be included for clean and precise cuts. The CUT Basic can also be upgraded with downstream equipment for automatic feeding into a wrapping machine, enhancing its operational efficiency. This system is ideal for small to mid-sized dairy producers who need a reliable solution for portioning cheese with minimal waste.
