Carbon dioxide and water analyzer for cement and lime

In quality control for cement and lime industries, accurately determining the levels of carbon dioxide (CO2) and water present in materials such as gypsum and limestone is essential. These measurements are necessary for maintaining the consistency and integrity of the products.

Simultaneously measure Co2 and h2o with precision

The CW-800 analyzer from ELTRA GmbH is designed for the precise and simultaneous determination of carbon dioxide and water in materials like lime, gypsum, and cement. The system features a resistance furnace with a quartz tube that can reach temperatures up to 1000 °C, making it ideal for oxidizing samples. The temperature setting is adjustable in 1 °C increments and remains fixed throughout the measurement process. The analyzer uses a nitrogen carrier gas and employs two independently configurable infrared cells which ensure highly accurate CO2 and H2O detection. This setup is particularly effective for samples ranging from trace levels up to 100%. With its durable design and minimal maintenance requirements, the CW-800 is suitable for applications in multiple industries including construction materials, geology, and mining.
