The EASY.Dinamix system by A Due is designed for the continuous dissolving of white beet or brown cane sugar. It offers both hot and cold dissolving capabilities, operating within a temperature range of 25 to 85 °C. The system’s unique design enhances efficiency by utilizing a specific diffuser nozzle that reduces dissolution time without increasing electric power usage. EASY.Dinamix can handle syrup concentrations up to 82°Bx and capacities from 3,000 to 30,000 liters per hour. It is equipped with an integrated HTST pasteurization for the hot version, ensuring microbial content does not exceed 10 CFU/100 ml. Additionally, the system features a rational piping design for effective syrup recovery and sanitation. All operations are managed via an electric panel with a PLC and HMI for seamless monitoring and control.
