Produce and package up to 300 pods per minute
The CL 300 system by Opem is designed for the mass production and packaging of filter paper pods. This single-block machine features three lanes and utilizes three screw dispensers driven by brushless servo motors. These dispensers ensure that each pod has a precise net weight within a 0.2g tolerance. In-line weight control provides feedback adjustment and rejects any pods that fall outside the tolerance range. Additionally, the CL 300 offers options for packaging in individual four corner seal bags and can be combined with the AST300 automatic casing machine or the Colibrì 4S packaging system for enhanced productivity and versatility.
