The ILS Continuous Level Measurement System by WAMGROUP is designed for accurate determination of levels in silos or storage containers holding powdery or granular materials. The system uses a microprocessor-controlled feel weight that moves down into the container, stopping upon impact with the material. The distance covered by the feel weight is then measured to determine the material level precisely. This system is suitable for all types of bulk solids and features simple installation and commissioning. The robust die-cast casing, with protection class IP65, guarantees durability, and the internal tape cleaner is beneficial for particularly difficult materials. Key features include an output of 0/4-20 mA and ATEX certification for zones 20/21.
