This cylindrical roaster comprises several cylinders with double covers heated by steam or thermal oil. As sesame seeds pass through these cylinders, they are evenly roasted via contact with the heated surfaces. This method ensures that each batch of sesame seeds achieves a homogeneous roast with optimal humidity conditions, essential for further processing into products like Tahini. The roaster supports production capacities ranging from 500 to 2,000 kg/h, making it suitable for both small and large-scale operations.
