The VKL 85 from Root Sciences is a high-capacity wiped-film short path distillation system designed for processing cannabis and hemp crude oil. With a maximum feed rate of 4.25 L/h and typical throughput of 3.3 L/h, the system ensures consistent and high-quality distillate production. The fully jacketed design eliminates the need for external heating tapes, while integrated pumps provide precise control for true continuous feed operation. Transparent glass components allow for easy monitoring throughout the process. The optional GMP package can customize the equipment to meet both local and international GMP standards. The VKL 85 is well-suited for non-stop production, yielding distillate with up to 99% total cannabinoids. It includes expert on-site training for optimal operational use.
