Monitor and evaluate dosing process pressures
The flowplus-MONITOR QC analysis unit by ViscoTec offers an advanced solution for monitoring and evaluating pressures in dosing processes. This unit is suitable for both 1-component and 2-component systems. It flexibly uses two channels to assign inlet and dosing pressures. Users can record, save, and evaluate data, with options to export measurement values via a USB interface. Start-up is straightforward with Plug & Play functionality, and the unit connects to higher-level systems through a 15-pin sub-D interface. The pressure signals within the ranges of 0-16 bar and 0-40 bar are processed efficiently, thanks to its compatibility with flowplus16 and flowplus-SPT M6 sensors. With a 5” color touch display, users can easily navigate and monitor pressure signals and limit curves. This unit is designed to operate in temperatures between +10°C and +40°C and complies with protection class IP20. It can be used either with a pedestal or mounted using thread holes on the back, ensuring flexibility in various industrial setups.
