The Octet® R8 Protein Analysis System from Sartorius AG is designed for fast and high throughput protein characterization. It features an eight-channel configuration that allows the quantitation and kinetic analysis of up to 96 samples in 30 minutes to 2.5 hours, depending on the specific assay. This system offers optional microplate evaporation covers to minimize sample volume loss, facilitating post-analysis sample recovery. The Octet® R8 system can be utilized across a range of applications, including kinetic analysis, titer determination of IgG and other proteins, reagent qualification, immunoassay development, bioprocess development, quality analysis, and small molecule analysis. Additionally, it supports 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, making it suitable for GxP-regulated environments.
