Benchtop stirred fermenter for precise fermentation control

Optimize your fermentation and cultivation processes with precise stirring, temperature, and oxygen controls, all integrated into a fully automated benchtop solution designed for research and small-scale production.

Controls Fermentation and Cultivation Processes

The Solaris Lab ONE Benchtop Stirred Fermenter/Bioreactor is a fully automated solution engineered to handle diverse fermentation and cultivation challenges across various industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, and nutraceuticals. Featuring precision control over stirring, temperature, pH, and oxygen levels, it ensures optimized environments for microbial and cell cultures. This benchtop unit supports applications ranging from dietary supplements and monoclonal antibodies to biodegradable bioplastics and algal biofertilizers.

Equipped with a 2.0 L borosilicate glass vessel, the ONE incorporates advanced thermoregulation via a heating blanket and cooling finger. The integration of a brushless motor allows for accurate stirring at 1 RPM, complemented by its robust SCADA software LEONARDO, which facilitates advanced process management and data exchange through WiFi connectivity. It includes a compact stainless-steel PCS with four fixed-speed Watson Marlow peristaltic pumps, capable of precise feedings. The system also features a dedicated thermal mass flow controller for efficient gas mixing.

The ONE is ideal for laboratory R&D, scale-up, and scale-down operations, providing flexibility for up to 24 units to be managed in parallel, and it comes with customization options for various impeller and sparger configurations, ensuring adaptability to specific production needs.
