Benchtop stirred fermenter for precise fermentation control

In laboratory and research environments, precise control over fermentation parameters is crucial for successful experiments. Ensuring accurate stirring, temperature regulation, pH balance, and oxygen levels can be challenging without the right technology.

Control stirring, temperature, ph, and oxygen

The Solaris Lab ONE is a benchtop stirred fermenter/bioreactor designed for precise fermentation and cultivation processes. It integrates a single-wall borosilicate glass vessel with thermoregulation via a heating blanket and cooling finger. The system is equipped with a powerful brushless motor for accurate (1 RPM) stirring, and advanced SCADA software LEONARDO for automated management. The fermenter includes features such as dedicated TMFC for air control, fixed-speed Watson Marlow peristaltic pumps, and integrated WiFi for connectivity and data exchange. Suitable for microbial and cell cultures, the Solaris Lab ONE can handle a variety of applications in nutraceuticals, biotech, pharma, cosmeceuticals, food & beverage, biomaterials, and agriculture. The system offers precise measurement and control of critical parameters including stirring, temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen (dO2), ensuring high reproducibility and reliability in fermentation processes.
