Quickly inspect and code bottles and vials
The TQS-SP-Bottle from Wipotec is designed to print auxiliary codes and verify bottles and vials with precision. This system uses a Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) printer that can apply codes on the underside or top of the bottles and vials, which are visible under UV light if necessary. The integrated 360° camera unit allows for comprehensive all-round inspection, ensuring the accuracy of coding, layout, and plain text. Faulty labels or incorrect auxiliary codes are detected by ultrafast cameras and ejected from the product flow to maintain line integrity. The ConfigureFast interface simplifies the setup process by allowing centralized control of all sub-components, such as the printer and cameras. It’s suitable for high-level aggregation in bundles or cartons, supporting efficient higher-level aggregation. The unit also features a side pressing belt for secure handling and separation of cylindrical objects, which ensures optimal printing and inspection results. Flexible and modular by design, it can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines.
