Flow controller for Dpi testing

Laboratories testing dry powder inhalers (DPIs) to USP 601 standards require precise flow control and measurement. Accurate flow rates and reliable pressure measurements are critical to achieving standardized and reproducible results.

Ensure precise flow control and measurement

The TPK Series from TSI Systems is a critical flow controller specifically designed for DPI testing to USP 601 standards. The device creates a precise square wave for passive DPIs, automatically calculating the required flow for a 4kPa over device. It integrates a differential pressure meter for measuring pressure drop and a P1 meter for flow adjustments. This system features an automated/electronic flow control valve and a timer-controlled solenoid valve, making it versatile for various laboratory environments. With advanced circuitry, it offers automated features to increase throughput and reduces potential errors through its flexible, intuitive interface. The TPK Series is compatible with ELN, ensuring seamless backward compatibility. Additionally, it supports automated confirmation of P3/P2 ratio and sonic flow in situ leak testing.
