It can achieve up to 150 strokes per minute and accommodates cheese bars with a length up to 950 mm, width up to 280 mm, and height up to 150 mm. The CUT 32 ensures excellent fixed-weight values by weighing, measuring, and cutting each cheese bar into the desired portion size during a single cut procedure. It can be paired with a density scanner for Swiss-type cheese, ensuring optimal production values. For operations requiring higher capacity, the dual-lane CUT 25/HS can cut up to 240 portions per minute.
