The JELLYMASTER® by CHOCOTECH is a continuous cooking system designed specifically for jelly and marshmallow masses. Its core component, the SUCROTWIST® pressure dissolver, features a hygienically designed tube-in-shell system with no dead areas and excellent heat exchange properties. This allows for a gentle, economical process with a compact footprint. The system handles capacities from 500 kg/h to 6000 kg/h, with automatic temperature and vacuum control supported by a pneumatically controlled valve that maintains constant pressure. The JELLYMASTER® is housed in a hygienic tubular frame, includes CIP-system connectivity, and features synchronized, PLC-controlled components, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
