The ERWEKA dissolution online system offers a semi-automatic solution for dissolution testing, integrating automated UV-Vis analysis. Central to this system is the DT 950 with its flexible high-head and low-head modes, compliant with USP methods 1, 2, 5, and 6. The DT 950 paired with the ASS-9 sampling station precisely collects samples at USP-specified points and transports them to the UV-Vis analysis device via a peristaltic or piston pump. The results are stored in the Disso.NET software, which provides comprehensive data management and detailed reports. This system supports multiple UV-Vis devices, including those from Shimadzu, Thermo Fisher, and Analytica Jena, ensuring versatile application in pharmaceutical and research laboratories. The entire setup is designed with easy maintenance and cleaning in mind, while the external heater ensures stable temperature conditions.
