Lane converger and package rejector for thermoforming packaging systems

In thermoforming packaging systems, efficiently sorting good, empty, and defective packages is crucial. Without a reliable system, you could face increased downtime and reduced productivity due to manual inspection and sorting.

Sort and converge packages automatically.

The GEA CombiPick is an advanced lane converger and package rejector, designed to optimize the end-of-line process for form-fill-seal systems. Installed directly after a thermoforming packaging machine, it automatically sorts good, empty, and defective packages, reducing the need for manual inspection. The GEA CombiPick supports up to six tracks of Modified Atmosphere Packs (MAP), vacuum, or skin packs, converging them into a single or dual lane. With motorized converging rails and full synchronization with thermoforming machines, it ensures precise spacing and alignment. Built with stainless steel to meet IP65 standards, it offers robust performance and is compatible with GEA OxyCheck and LeakCheck quality inspection systems.
