The grader features an infeed vibrator to maximize the utilization of roller length and handles up to five gradings per process. To ensure gentle product handling, each pair of rollers rotates towards each other, moving the product upwards without squeezing it during the grading operation. This method minimizes damage, maintaining product integrity. Suitable for a variety of applications including shellfish, shrimps, mussels, herring, vegetables, and more, the grader can be customized for specific capacities and sizes, such as grading up to 3000 kg per lane for herring.
