Continuously Controls and Standardizes Milk Composition

The Tetra Pak® Standardization Unit, developed in collaboration with FOSS, redefines milk processing with its ability to continuously standardize milk composition in real-time. This system integrates the FOSS ProFoss 2™ in-line analyzer, utilizing advanced NIR technology to measure and adjust fat, protein, and solids-non-fat every three seconds. Ideal for dairy, milk powder, and cheese production, it ensures uniform product quality across a range of applications including whole milk, skim milk powder, and lactose-free milk.

With a capacity to perform 1,200 analyses per hour, the unit significantly reduces product loss and operational costs. Designed for seamless integration into existing production lines, it features robust PLC-controlled automation that minimizes manual intervention and optimizes throughput. The unit eliminates the necessity for manual sampling and employs a cleaning-in-place (CIP) system for efficient maintenance. Configurable for diverse operational needs, it supports dairy producers in achieving precise standardization with unmatched accuracy and reliability.
