It features high-precision weighing sensors embedded in specially developed concrete sleepers, ensuring accurate force and torque measurements. The system identifies vehicles with critical load statuses, such as overloading or tilted loads, and provides detailed diagnostics for each wheel or wagon. Load distribution is recorded, saved, and visually displayed, facilitating better load management and reducing maintenance needs. Integrated seamlessly into the track, it processes weighing data via PC, offering real-time monitoring without interrupting train operations.
