The CR-4P EVOLUTION is a new generation capsule filling linear system provided by Opem. This system features four lanes and an empty capsules feeding system that uses random feeding and a denester for stacked capsules. It includes screw dispensers driven by brushless servo motors, ensuring filling accuracy within ± 0.2g. The system operates at a high capacity of up to 320 capsules per minute. It is equipped with four in-line weight controls for feedback adjustment of the dispenser and the rejection of out-of-tolerance capsules. Additionally, two integrated packaging machines can handle capsules in single or double bags with inert gas injection, optimizing the packaging process.
