This allows for the testing of large components, with a capacity to clamp pieces weighing up to 3500 kg and a maximum test height of 510 mm. The integrated asynchronous motor in the ‘E’ version enables dynamic control of the test head, facilitating high test head movement speed up to 17 mm/s. It includes a sophisticated tool-changer accommodating up to 8 tools, optimizing the switch between Brinell, Knoop, Rockwell, or Vickers testing methods. The robust system is designed for secure clamping of test pieces around the test point, even for small pieces, ensuring precise measurement. QATM ensures uniform illumination and quick cycle completion times for efficient testing.
