Produce high-quality syrup efficiently

The Innopro Delta Jet B sugar dissolver by KHS is designed for efficient hot and cold dissolving of crystal sugar in batch operations. The system comes in two variations: the hot dissolver (BH) for dissolving sugar at approximately 85°C with flash pasteurization, and the cold dissolver (BC) for dissolving at around 35°C. It can handle up to 12 m3 of syrup per hour. The water necessary for production is dosed directly into the syrup tank, and crystal sugar can be added either manually or automatically. The adjustable Brix limits ensure accurate syrup output, and automatic redosing is controlled based on the syrup tank’s level. The system can be supplied with optional quality measurement technology and components ranging from manual to fully automatic. This flexibility allows customization to suit individual production requirements.
