The GEV Steam/Air Mixture Sterilizer from Getinge is designed to sterilize pressure-sensitive pharmaceutical product/package combinations like syringes, flexible plastics, and rigid glass containers. The ventilator and heat exchanger systems enable rapid cooling and drying of the product post-sterilization. By applying sterile compressed air and counterbalancing with the internal load pressure, the system maintains product/package integrity. Temperature and pressure sensors provide precise control and adjustments during the process. A fan and ducting system ensure even distribution and a homogeneous environment. GEV sterilizers come in various chamber sizes and configurations, ranging from 0.36m³ to 16.3m³, suitable for different capacity needs. They can also be customized with single or double door models and various mounting options.
