Available in multiple versions, this system accommodates various processes such as cold mixing, warm slurry mixing, and dissolving sugar crystals for subsequent cooking. Its steam-jacketed design not only ensures full dissolution of sugar but also includes optional scrapers on the anchor stirrer to prevent build-up or burn-on residues. For specialized applications like making caramel or other fat-containing masses, a high shear mixer can be added to achieve optimal emulsification and rehydration. This flexibility makes the AUTOGRAV® suitable for a wide range of confectionery products.
