Automated filling and closing system for vials and bottles
In pharmaceutical and related industries, ensuring accurate filling and secure closure of vials and bottles is crucial for maintaining product integrity and compliance with stringent regulations. Traditional manual methods often fall short, leading to inconsistencies and potential contamination risks.
Ensure precise filling and closing operations
The Type 534 is an automated filling and closing system designed by Bausch Advanced Technology Group. This system is engineered to handle vials, bottles, and various other free-standing containers with a modular design that allows for customization to specific requirements. With a maximum output of 9,000 containers per hour, the Type 534 ensures high throughput. Its inline design provides good accessibility to all workstations, and the walking beam transport can be adjusted to accommodate different container sizes. The servo-controlled filling needles deliver precise filling tolerance up to +/- 0.05%, and in-process control verifies up to 100% accuracy. Features include sorting bowls for closures like stoppers and caps, vacuum-activated placement of stoppers into vials, and torque-monitored crimp capping. The system also includes separate lanes for container rejection and discharge, and is compatible with RABS, Laminar Flow, and/or isolators for additional safety.
